Digital brand refresh
Worked to translate Farrow & Ball’s refreshed brand identity into the digital space, ensuring its heritage character was preserved while feeling modern and coherent online. Alongside this, we refined the buying journey to make it more efficient and brand-led, creating a smoother, more engaging path that supported conversion.

Building a unified digital brand
Led a discovery to consolidate Howden’s fragmented portfolio of acquired brands into a single identity.
Working with an above-the-line brand agency, I optimised the new brand for digital use - designing a sustainable digital estate, restructured information architecture, and streamlined complex customer journeys.
The work also meant aligning diverse stakeholders across sub-brands to ensure the new Howden identity was vibrant, usable, and scalable online.

Future travel with agentic AI
As part of a pitch to become easyJet’s lead digital agency, I helped envision what their customer experience could look like in an agentic world, five years in the future. We created The Joy of Easy - a concept that reframed holiday booking as simple and enjoyable again.
Through agentic AI, we showed how a personal travel companion could remove complexity, anticipate needs, and make planning holidays seamless.
